There were so many great new releases in 2021, it’s hard to pick favorites! But we gave it a try and here are our team’s top picks on the new Preclose features you definitely don’t want to miss.

1. The Ultimate Client Experience

With the Ultimate Client Experience, you can control all of your client's deadlines and needs throughout the entire transaction. Clients will have access to everything in one place, with full access to view their progress whenever they want to.

Transaction Progress Reports

Real estate transactions have a ton of steps. Our transaction progress report will help empower your clients to stay informed and on track throughout the entire process. Clients can quickly log in whenever they want and see any new progress, action items, and more!

Branded Whitelisting

It’s important to keep your communications on-brand with your clients. Customize color schemes, logos, and more to help reassure your clients they are getting communications from people they can trust.

Decision Pages

It’s easy to feel like a broken record when dealing with multiple clients. You’re constantly sending the same information, articles, service providers, etc. Decision pages are a great place to share content via text or video, so you can get your message across without having to repeat yourself.

2. The New Chat Experience

The feeling of being constantly interrupted with emails, texts and phone calls can be really distracting.

With at least 15 people involved in a single transaction, organization is key to creating meaningful conversations without making people feel like you’re rushing them off the phone.

With our recent updates, you can now access and manage your contacts easier than ever before!

We know how important it is to be able customize your contact information, so we've been working on giving you more control.

Here are some of the changes we’ve implemented with contact management:

Contacts Page

Clicking on the “Contacts” link in your top navigation bar will take you to a list of all contacts, where they can be viewed and managed all in one place.

Global Search

In order to make it easier, we reorganized the top-level navigation bar by putting transaction-related items on the left, and communications settings towards the right.

Now you can easily search for both contacts and transactions from global search!

Contact Profile

The new contact profile page is a great way to see all of your transaction details with a specific contact, in one place. You can access it from either the contacts list or global search.

4. New and Improved Calendar Integration

When you’re juggling between your work to-do list, inbox and calendar, it's easy for things to get messy.

Updates to our calendar integration help you manage your upcoming meetings, appointments, deadlines, and tasks in one place.

Calendar View

Our Calendar View allows you to filter all of your data — including deadlines, tasks and appointments. You'll be able to quickly identify any important events or tasks that may otherwise get lost in the mix.

Quickly Send an Invite

Being able to connect multiple email accounts and calendars makes scheduling easy, but we take it a step further and allow you to send an invite right from the app.

Connect your email and calendars

Whether you use Google, Yahoo, or Outlook, we have you covered. You can connect your email and calendar accounts in as little as 3 steps. Once your accounts are connected, they will default to a “private” setting unless you decide to change it. Watch the video to learn how!

5. Features to Prioritize (and Auto-calculate) Deadlines

Missing even a single deadline in real estate can be devastating to the entire transaction.

Things running even a week off can be the difference between a family moving into a new home and having to spend another week with the in-laws waiting to move in. We’ve put additional resources into helping you better manage deadlines and expect the unexpected.

Date Calculation

We know that you can't always get a hold of who you need to on the weekends, so we've introduced an option called "Safe Calendar" to more accurately calculate deadlines when they fall onto Saturday or Sunday and need push-to Monday. This allows a bit of a buffer with important deadlines.

Sorting Status

With sorting status, you decide what tasks you want to see first. Completed tasks will sort to the bottom of your checklist either by status or date sorting. This keeps the tasks that need to stay top-of-mind at the top of your list.

Always Evolving

Real estate is an ever-changing industry, so we have to be too!
